Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

• All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Accepted payment methods: All major Credit and Debit cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, PayPal as well as Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm.

2. Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: Full refund or opportunity to reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee may be retained.

• No-shows: Full session fee is non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions may be rescheduled only once unless otherwise agreed.

4. Digital Readings

• Once a reading is delivered (email, video, or PDF), refunds are not available, as the content has been personalized and sent.

• Please ensure all questions or concerns are communicated before the reading.

5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

• Tarot readings are for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes.

• Decisions made based on a reading are the client’s responsibility.

• The reader does not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

• All information shared during readings will remain confidential.

• Client details will not be shared with third parties without consent.
